Buyer must make contact within 24 hours of auction end to arrange payment and shipping. Payment must be made within 3 days of closing.  Free crating ~ Buyer pays shipping or buyer may arrange pick up / shipping ~ Forklift on site, we do not charge loading fees.

Upon purchase, buyer should forward the complete shipping address (including company name if applicable), e-mail address &  telephone number for the shipping documents, Let us know if the delivery site has a dock and / or forklift for unloading, OR if liftgate delivery service is required. If other services are needed be sure to let us know as well.

Important General Shipping / Receiving Information:
All equipment is shipped fully crated and insured.  Buyer should
thoroughly
inspect at time of delivery.  If any damage is found, note this on the delivery slip, make sure the driver acknowledges this (signs it) AND take clear photos of any and all damage from all angles to provide to the insurance co.  If the item(s) are damaged beyond repair REFUSE the shipment.  If damages are small, repairable and you want the equipment (again) make note on the delivery slip & have driver sign it and accept the delivery.  Take clear photos of all damage and get an estimate / quote for repairs to provide to the insurance co.
IMPORTANT
... if damage notes are not made on the delivery slip and acknowledged by the driver, no reimbursement will be made.

Return Policy:
Buyer requires a return authorization number in order to return any items. Buyer is responsible for FULL CRATING of all items (same as received) and INSURED return shipping cost.  All returned items must be received back in the same condition as when they left our facility.  Items will be thoroughly inspected, tested & serial numbers checked before any refund is made. **20% restocking fee will apply.**  No refunds will be made for crating or shipping cost.
