Water, Rice (Water, Long-Grain Parboiled Rice Enriched with Iron [Ferric Orthophosphate], Thiamine Mononitrate, and Folic Acid, Salt, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Phosphates), White Chicken (White Chicken Meat, Water, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Sodium Phosphates), Carrots, Chicken Fat, Contains 2% or less of Potato Starch, Peas, Modified Cornstarch, Yeast Extract, Flavoring, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Sugar, Potassium Chloride, Chicken Broth (Contains Ascorbic Acid, Flavor), Dextrose, Salt, Annatto Color, Cream of Tartar.
Directions
Instructions:
Puncture plastic film in several spots on top of tray OR peel film back on tray about ¼ - inch to vent.Place tray in microwave. Heat on High for 30 seconds. Carefully peel back film from tray and stir contents. Re-cover with the film and continue to heat for an additional 30 seconds or until hot.
