Here is a very handsome Mappin & Webb Prince's Plate silver plated Chamberstick/Candle Holder/Candlestick with Snuffer.
The base is 5-3/4" diameter, holder is 3" tall, weighs about 1 lb. (2 pounds shipping weight).
The Snuffer has a peg to store it neatly at hand on the candle stick.
Candle stick is marked on the bottom:
