Powered up the unit , it stabilized and attained  ready state. Measured density of water at 20'C . The result is OK. To be continued for RI test....
Tested the unit and found the Water density 0.99821 and RI 1.33324 at 20'C.
The unit is functionally OK.

Picked up the unit and cleaned it up. Powered up the unit, it warmed up and attained a ready state. Took an air measurement, it measured 0.0 g/ cubic cm.
